Sooooo…I got a 25 gallon (yep) pail of Haskap berries from an Orchard located in Chitek lake, Saskatchewan. I am so excited. The ideas and recipes are endless with what you can do with these berries. The Haskap berry originated in Japan and the University of Saskatchewan Fruit Program has made these berries available locally now. The berries taste somewhat like a blueberry and a blackberry mixed together…and are freaking delicious! Haskaps could be the next superfood, they are full of antioxidants! I can’t wait to share my recipes with you! Stay tuned.  What are your ideas for using Haskap berries?
